Each student is required to complete 36 semester-hours for the Master of Science degree in I-O Psychology. These requirements include 3 credit hours of on-site practicum experience. Classes are also rotated each year, allowing part-time students to graduate while working full time.

Class times are work and family sensitive.
Classes are scheduled so that most semesters students need only come to campus two times per week.
Full time students can finish the program in 2 years.
