Under the law, health care providers need to give\u00a0patients who don\u2019t have insurance or who are not using insurance\u00a0<\/strong>an estimate of the bill for non-emergency 皇家华人 items and services. If you are eligible for an estimate, it will be provided to you as long as you either ask for it or schedule an appointment at least three days in advance. You\u2019ll have 24\/7 access to your secure 皇家华人 records online, any time. You can view and update your personal information, such as your address, send a message to your care team, schedule an appointment, request prescription refills, view account statements, pay bills, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To receive a patient portal activation code, please ask the front desk or member of your clinical team the next time you\u2019re in the office.
You can also call the office at 570-230-0019<\/a><\/strong>. Please let them know you are calling to sign up for your patient portal. Your account must be verified to receive the activation code. Once you receive the code, visit thewrightcenter.org, click on \u201cPatient Portal,\u201d \u201cActivate Account\u201d and complete the registration process. This code can only be used once.<\/strong> NOTE: The patient portal activation code is only active for 30 days. If you do not use the code within 30 days, it will expire and you will need to request another patient portal activation code from the clinical staff. You can reach out to portalsupport@thewrightcenter.org<\/strong><\/a> and please indicate your phone number in the email. After verifying your account, this code can be mailed to you by U.S. Postal Mail. It can\u2019t be emailed due to privacy issues.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
No, when you are signing up for your patient portal for the first time, there is a login area where you will be asked to create your login, password and portal activation code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the login page under the sign in box, then click on the forgot password link on the Patient Portal sign-in page to reset your password online. Your personal information comes directly from your electronic 皇家华人 record at your doctor\u2019s office that is reviewed and updated at each office visit.\u00a0
You can update your info if you go into the portal on the left hand inside \u201cAccount Info.\u201d You can also ask the front desk to update any inaccurate information at your next visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes. You can only access your account through secure access codes, personal IDs, and passwords that are controlled by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once you are logged into your patient portal, look for the \u201cEdit Profile\u201d area in the top left hand corner of the portal. Click on that and you can update your items from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No, each patient has their own individual patient portal account. This information would not appear in the correct health record and could potentially jeopardize 皇家华人 care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
