The Wright Center for Community 皇家华人 is committed to providing affordable, high-quality health care to all patients, regardless of ability to pay. 

We offer a number of programs to income-eligible families to help with coverage gaps, co-pays and deductibles to ensure everyone receives the care they need.

Do you need help finding the right coverage for you and your family? Our Enrollment Assisters can help you find affordable insurance that鈥檚 right for you. We can also help you apply for Pennsylvania鈥檚 Medicaid program and the Children鈥檚 皇家华人 Insurance Program (CHIP).  Seniors (age 65 and older) can learn more about the Medicare Low Income Subsidy Program (LIS). 

Our Enrollment Assisters can also help you navigate Pennie, Pennsylvania鈥檚 official health insurance marketplace exchange, where you can shop and buy health insurance or see if you qualify for financial aid. To contact our Enrollment Assisters, call 570.591.5253 or email twc-insurance-enrollment@thewrightcenter.org.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don鈥檛 have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for non-emergency 皇家华人 items and services. If you are eligible for an estimate, it will be provided to you as long as you either ask for it or schedule an appointment at least three days in advance. Learn about your rights under this law.

If you are uninsured or underinsured, we can help. We will never turn anyone away due to inability to pay. Our sliding-fee program provides discounted services to income-eligible patients based on  that take into account family size and income.

And even if you don鈥檛 meet federal poverty guidelines or qualify for the sliding fee, we may be able to help if you demonstrate financial hardship.

Our prescription assistance program may be able to help you receive free or low-cost prescriptions through the federal government鈥檚 340B Drug Pricing Program. Patients who qualify can get a discounted rate or free medications from local participating pharmacies. For more information, call 570.591.5117.
