Telehealth
A telehealth visit is a real-time audio and video interaction between you and your doctor, who is located at a distant site.
Virtual visits/check-ins
During a virtual visit, you can communicate with your provider for a 5 to 10-minute check-in to determine if an office visit or other services are needed. This can be done via telephone, audio/video, secure text messaging, email or the patient portal.
E-visits
An e-visit is a communication initiated through the patient portal or secure email for existing patients.
