Ryan White HIV Clinic
Serving Northeast Pennsylvania for more than 20 years, The Wright Center鈥檚 Ryan White HIV Clinic offers comprehensive services for people living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS, including prevention, testing and treatment.
Conveniently located in downtown Scranton inside our new primary health hub, our Ryan White HIV Clinic continues to not just save lives, but markedly improve them.
We provide confidential testing services and continuous, coordinated 皇家华人 care for patients diagnosed with HIV. Thanks to monumental advances in anti-retroviral (ATV) therapy and the dedication and support of our experienced providers and compassionate staff, the majority of the more than 500 patients we serve have achieved undetectable viral rates, allowing them to live long, healthy and happy lives.
Our care teams offer a holistic, empowering approach to HIV care. In addition to ATV therapy and treatment, the Wright Center鈥檚 Ryan White HIV Clinic provides comprehensive 皇家华人 services – including primary care, dental, behavioral health and recovery services – as well as essential support services and case management, regardless of a patient鈥檚 insurance status or ability to pay.

HIV Testing & Prevention
Sexual health is not one size fits all. Our clinicians meet with each individual and complete sexual health screenings in a judgment-free space. Based on your screening, our clinicians will complete a risk assessment and provide individualized prevention counseling for your own personal situation.

Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Services
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is an HIV prevention method in which HIV-negative people take a daily pill to reduce their risk of becoming infected. When used consistently, PrEP has been shown to reduce the risk of HIV-1 infection among adult men and women at very high risk for HIV infection.
Condom Distribution
Clients seen for testing or patients of the PrEP clinic are eligible to receive free condoms.
HIV Testing
Free, confidential HIV tests available.
Partner Services
With consent, positive test results can be discussed with partners confidentially and discreetly.
Hepatitis C Treatment and Prevention
The Wright Center鈥檚 doctors, nurses, advanced practitioners and physician assistants are specially trained in HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) co-infections, including the latest treatment options and medications available.
Hepatitis C Testing
The Wright Center offers confidential Hepatitis C testing. Our clinical staff is specially trained in hepatitis C (HCV) prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
STD/STI Testing
The Wright Center offers confidential STD/STI testing at each of our locations.
