Sheila Ford, RN, BSN

Sheila Ford, RN, BSN, is vice president and chief compliance officer for The Wright Center. She joined the organization in 2014 as the RN clinical supervisor. Since then, she鈥檚 served as practice manager at The Wright Center Mid Valley Practice and, most recently, as our associate vice president of clinical quality and patient safety.聽
She earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree in nursing from Marywood University in 1988. Highly skilled in assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, coordinating and managing patient care, her new role will allow her to oversee the overall quality, patient safety, and policy compliance and integrity throughout all Wright Center locations. She will continue to be responsible for the oversight of the Employee 皇家华人 Department and serve as a voting member of the 皇家华人 Medical Education Committee and Clinician Advisory Committee.聽
Before joining The Wright Center, she served as the clinical education manager and staff development educator at Moses Taylor Hospital. She鈥檚 the recipient of the James Michael Cadden Memorial Nurse Award for demonstrating integrity, kindness and compassion.
