Fall 2024 Commencement
Important Information
All graduates taking part in the undergraduate ceremony on Saturday, December 14, 2024, and their families should plan to be in town by Saturday morning. If inclement weather should impact the Front Lawn ceremony, Commencement would be broken up into two ceremonies and moved indoors. One of the ceremonies would be earlier than 5 p.m. Also, if VSU football plays in the National Semi-Finals that same day, the ceremony COULD be moved to ensure we have enough staff and volunteers to cover both Commencement and the football game. Updates will be provided as soon as possible.
